Luton Town vs Brentford Head-to-Head and Key Numbers
*Luton Town have a good historical record against Brentford and have won 36 out of the 80 matches played between the two teams, as opposed to Brentford's 29 victories.
*Luton Town have lost six of their last seven matches against Brentford in league competitions, with their previous such home game ending in a 3-0 defeat in the Championship in 2020.
*After a run of only three victories in 27 matches away from home against Luton Town in league competitions, Brentford have won four of their last eight league games at Kenilworth Road.
*Brentford have lost both their matches away from home against newly-promoted teams in the Premier League this season, with their defeats coming against Sheffield United and Burnley.
*Luton Town have won only one of their last 12 matches in the Premier League but did win their previous home game in the competition against Bournemouth.

Prediction: Luton Town 1-3 Brentford
Luton's remarkable powers of recovery demonstrates that the Hatters are never to be counted out on home soil, especially given their affinity for scoring in the Premier League, while the Brentford back door is never normally bolted shut on the road. However, a ravaged Luton backline squaring up to a refreshed Toney is a mismatch on paper, and we back the rejuvenated Bees to once again edge closer to survival while harming the Hatters' prospects of consecutive seasons in the big time.
